The box offers the possibility to discover a variety of products, carefully chosen, such as\u00a0bars, sweets, pralines, truffles, Grand Cru, biscuits, chocolate spreads etc….
Every month we offer a new selection.<\/h4>\n

We have chosen to deliver boxes all year long, except during the months of July and August for climatic reasons.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Is it possible to buy myself a box and order one as a gift at the same time ?<\/h3>\n

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to do both in the same order, so you will have to place two different orders.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How can I order multiple boxes ?<\/h3>\n
\n

To buy multiple boxes for yourself, just place an order with the multiple boxes in the basket.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

How does the payment work?<\/h3>\n
\n

When you subscribe to a box, the payment is not debited from your credit card immediately; all payments are debited on the 1st of each month. If the subscription takes place before the 31st (included), you will get your box the following month.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Which payment cards are accepted?<\/h3>\n
\n

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.<\/h4>\n

Payment by invoice is only possible on special request; please contact: info[at]thechocobox.ch<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How do I cancel my subscription?<\/h3>\n

It is possible to unsubscribe at any time by going to the \u201cMy account\u201d tab in the subscriptions section.<\/h4>\n

Please note that the direct debit is done on the 1st of each month, so in order not to receive the box of the month, it is necessary to unsubscribe before the end of a month; a cancellation after this date will only be taken into account for the next month.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Is it possible to change my address?<\/h3>\n

It is possible to change your address directly from the \u201cMy account\u201d tab, either specifically for a subscription or for the entire account.<\/h4>\n

For logistical reasons, a change of address that takes place after the 10th of the month cannot be taken into account for the delivery of the current month.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Who ensures delivery?<\/h3>\n

Normally we deliver via Swiss Post: they make the deliveries from Monday to Friday and will drop the parcel in your parcel box or leave a notice in your letter box; you will then be able to pick it up at your nearest post office.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When will the box be sent ?<\/h3>\n

The boxes should be sent between the 15th and 30th of each month.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What is the idea \u00ab Plant a tree ! \u00bb<\/h3>\n

We commit ourselves to planting a tree for each box bought to contribute to the ecological balance. We will choose the NGO that is closest to our values \u2013 it has not yet been chosen.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
